Handling Customer queries for Loans and recovery
Maintaining and developing relationship with customers
Recovery of Instalments/EMIs
Finding new scopes & related opportunities
Cross Selling of Insurance and Investment products

Credit Appraisal and credit Underwriting
Accounts and Cash Management activities
Cross selling for other products
Customer Handling/KYC Verification
MIS and report preparation
Loan disbursement
